Cancellation of tour 48 hours prior: the booking may be changed to a different date if this date is available for your tour, or the cost can be refunded (please supply a credit card to be refunded to. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to clear). These cancellations may incur a payment gateway transaction fee. Please email any cancellations to: info@explorewaipara.co.nz.

No refunds will be given under 48 hours unless the tour is cancelled by Explore Waipara.

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your experience please contact info@explorewaipara.co.nz. It will then be up to Explore Waipara’s discretion as to whether any refund, either full or partial will be paid.

There needs to be a minimum of 2 people to operate a tour. Whilst you can book for one, the tour will not operate until there is a minimum of 2.

Prices are in NZ dollars and Include GST.

At Explore Waipara, your privacy is important to us and as such we deal with your information in the strictest confidence. Your credit card details are encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer Technology (ssl) and we do not store this information anywhere.
